If you are facing foreclosure, you should contact your lender as quickly as possible. When calling your servicer, make sure you have the following available:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone Number
• Email Address
• Servicer’s Name
• Loan Number
• Current Income
• Expenses
• Reason for Default
• Is the loan in bankruptcy? If so, you will need to provide the names, location, case number and attorney.
• Is the property owner occupied?
